Guided Meditation - Unleash Your Inner Warrior
Practicing meditation regularly provides a host of many science-backed physical and mental health benefits. As therapist, I recommend everyone practice meditation in some shape or form.
How long you meditate for is not as important as how often. I encourage everyone to meditate as often as possible throughout the day. When you learn how easy meditation really is, it will no longer feel like a daunting task that causes you to procrastinate.
Here I provide a guided meditation that you can use to assist yourself in getting into a more effective state of mind. Guided meditation can be incredibly useful:
- When you are first learning to meditate
- When you are busy or feeling stressed or anxious
- When you want to learn a new meditation technique
We, as human beings, tend to make things complicated. So writing and providing these guided meditations is my way of providing you simple instructions and pull you out of your daily hustle and into a meditative state.
